Josef Centeno (formerly of Lot 1, Opus and Meson G) latest venture The Lazy Ox Canteen opens Thursday in Little Tokyo. Featuring small plates and craft beers, the menu looks good -- hope this one goes better than his experience at Lot 1 in Echo Park. Marrow butter on toast, anyone?
