I'm in Palm Springs, but if I were in L.A. I'd definitely want to try a polenta/raspberry cookie from the Village Bakery & Cafe in Atwater, across from India Sweets & Spices.They're free, but you must use the password "chupacabra" to get one. Hope I get to try one when I return!
