Our wishes come true: Buttermilk Truck will serve pancakes

Hard to believe it was only five weeks ago I tweeted:
Why doesn't someone start a pancake truck? Just wondering.5:28 PM Aug 6th from web.

And sure enough, here comes The Buttermilk Truck, bringing chicken and waffles, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, scones, granola and more. We'll let you know when they roll out for business.

Here's an interview owner Gigi Pascual did with the California Taco Trucks blog. I'm guessing eating pancakes while standing up could be a little tricky, though.
