Top Chef winner Ilan Hall cooks a Scottish-inspired at Canele's Friends Cook night Tuesday from 5:30 - 10.Hall is cooking up mushrooms with walnut-marrow vinaigrette, chicken haggis with braised corn and pureed potatoes and shortbread lime bar with Bustelo condensed milk. There's no reservations, and prix fixe is around $30.
