So perhaps it's not surprising that Centeno's last night at Lot 1 will be Thursday, according to EaterLA. Centeno tells Eater he's taking some time off from cooking before looking into opening his own restaurant.

What a shame. Anytime I tried to get there, it was closed. Oh well, hope the next place is in the hood and more reliable.
