Hi Pat. This is going to sound a little crazy, but I'm the macaron server you snapped a picture of there. So thank you on behalf of Boule for giving us such publicity with your complimenting posts. I wanted to mention I'm actually the macaron server, we did have coconut macaroons that night, but I was dominatly serving the Macaron, which will be a signature item at Boule. They are made with almond flour and meringue instead of almond paste (which is common for macaroons). And the chocolate mini cookies, which are called Korova Sables, are made with Valrhona Chocolate. I just wanted to make sure you had the right information. And please come by when we officially open so you can have your Pineapple Indonesian Pepper Sorbet.
