We agree that Wyeth didn't seem like a great name for a restaurant. Now UrbanDaddy lets us know that Steven Arroyo's revamped HappiSongs will become Goat. Is that better? Not sure yet. Flash-Fried Goat Cheese and Figs with Brown Butter? That sounds pretty good. Goat Confit with Warm French Bread? Not so sure. Chef is Robert Luna. ReplyDeleteJill, the issue with Happi Song was not location, it was the disinterested wait staff and the equally disinterested kitchen staff -- menu items frequently unavailable.
