The service was stellar! I walked out with a delicious Smoked Cheddar and a decadent Brie. AND I found my favorite balsamic vinegar which I haven't been able to track down anywhere else in LA. Not only does the shop have interesting cheeses, but Steiner is ingratiating and does a great job of imparting his vast cheese knowledge.
